Jack Everist says

"I ordered my vitamins to my address and name. First batch they sent the wrong vitamins, second batch didn't come at all. Their customer service is a joke when trying to resolve the issue. I would avoid this company!"

Chris Barnes says

"Ordered my personalised vitamins and firstly Hermes delivered to a totally different address despite the address being clearly and correctly marked on the item. Informed Vitl of this they offered to send out a replacement order. Received an email 2 weeks ago saying item had been shipped....... 2 weeks on nothing. Not a bean, not a missed delivery card absolutely zip. If this company wants to be more than it is, then its an idea to use a reputable courier not the dodgy lazy idle couriers that are Hermes. Dissatisfaction at its highest."

Keith Smith says

"As Diana Ross once sang, "Im still waiting" . Havent a clue where my order is 2 months on. Telephoned/emailed the company and they refunded, promptly my postage. But still no vitamins."

Keith Sherman says

"What a shower I looked at their website but didn’t complete the transaction they pestered me several times a day until I relented and made the purchase On the Monday I got notification that my delivery was on the way and to use the hyperlink to track it, when I did this the courier’s website said they are waiting for instructions to collect it This went on for over a week in the end I tried calling but no one picked and then sent an email to cancel the order and refund my money. I never received any communication from Vitl apart for the harassing sales emails The next day they sent my items and cancelled my subscription and account (at my request but still no communication) As this was the first order I got delivery for free but I wouldn’t be happy approx £5 delivery to wait two weeks for my delivery Customer Service is nonexistent be very careful if you want to use them I’ve used the vitamins for a month now and see no improvement Don’t waste your money on this company" is a non-profit organization and communications forum for social activism.
